Situated in Arruda dos Vinhos, Quinta is only at 30 minutes from
Lisbon and Portela International Airport.
Currently being a Rural Hotel referred
� Rustic accommodation
that gathers a wide range of commodities in
order to provide unique moments of pleasure
in a family atmosphere surrounded by nature.
I hereby make a brief description of our
activity, a limited company, whose
object is Lodging, rural tourism, catering,
providing support and welfare services,
organizing conferences and other events,
organizing tourist activities and other
events related to tourism.
Quinta was acquired by the
present owners in 2008, being completely
rebuilt keeping the traditional style. The
farm currently has 6 rooms in the solar
(main building) each named after a variety
of wine. The rooms present classic and
aristocratic d�cor characteristic of
traditional solar, including the necessary
commodities, such as air-conditioning,
digital plasma TV, telephone, wireless
internet, bathrobe, bathroom, hairdryer,
safe and quality amenities.
Quinta de Santa Maria also has 4 apartments
with rustic d�cor with one mezzanine
bedroom, sofa bed, kitchenette and all the
commodities and services available in rooms.
Covering an area of 3 hectares with 1800m2
of constructed buildings, including the
solar, apartments, a house with two
bedrooms, two living rooms (one with
fireplace), a traditional kitchen with wood
oven and two bathrooms. It also includes a
lounge bar, games room, conference room and
a house for caretakers with three bedrooms,
living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Aside from buildings there is also the
agricultural section that comprises multiple
storage, wine cellar and animal shelters,
among others.
Inserted in the Wine Route from the West,
near the sea and the mountain, Quinta de
Santa Maria promotes and supports regional
wine production, contributing to value and
to promote the space.
Quinta de Santa Maria offers a range of
services that complement the accommodation,
providing a more qualified stay.
Within these services there is a restaurant-
bar offering an exquisite Mediterranean
cuisine including the traditional Portuguese
gastronomy, often using products produced on
the Farm.
Waging on authenticity and respect for
culinary tradition, we aim to innovate and
understand your needs and taste, assuring a
quality service.
The space for events and conferences provide
the ideal conditions to receive several
types of events such as social, cultural,
business or otherwise.
The educational farm � O P�tio da Mimosa -
offers several activities adapted for
visitants, children and adults. The Cookery,
Garden, Animals or traditional games
transport us to other times. In the Craft
Workshops you can manually create a souvenir
to remember the unique moments spent in this
space.
The Farm`s range of services extends with a
set of partnerships with several entities of
tourist activities that operate in the
region and allow diversifying the supply
services. In this case we highlight the
airplane tours (Aero Club Alverca do
Ribatejo), Equestrian Activities (Academy of
Dressage Portugal, Equestrian Centre Great
Wetland), Tourism / Adventure Sports (Sport
Experience), tourist circuits in Lisbon (Lx
Cool Tour) and Canoeing (Canoe Association,
Marina 10 minutes, Boat River Tagus).
Quinta it is also structured
to have a familiar atmosphere, being the
ideal place for a family to live.
